Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Barista with a minimum of 2 years of experience to create exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. Fluent in Arabic, the ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, adhering to VOCCA Chocolate's standards.

Take customer orders and ensure a positive and welcoming experience.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation area.

Stay updated on coffee trends and educate customers on our offerings.

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista.
• Fluent in Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
