Desert Dry Insulation Work, a leading company in the field of water-proofing solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Estimation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assessing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and contributing to the successful execution of water-proofing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate project specifications and requirements for water-proofing solutions.
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
- Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for water-proofing projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project scopes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and costing methods.
- Assist in the development of project proposals and tender documents.
- Work closely with the sales and project teams to ensure accurate project pricing.
- Maintain organized records of project estimates and related documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer in water-proofing projects.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
- Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
- Strong Knowledge of AutoCAD.
