Key Responsibilities:
• Property sales : Off plan
Provide exceptional customer service to clients looking to buying the properties
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Research and analyze the real estate market trends and conditions to provide clients with accurate information.
• Negotiate deals on behalf of clients and prepare and present offers to property owners.
Qualifications:
• At least 6 months to 1 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Marketing support will be provided (Leads)
1) Basic salary + commission
Upto 5000 AED + Commission upto 25 %
2) Only commission
Company leads : 50 %
Own leads : 55%
Visa will be provided after 21 days of probation period
