· Primary role of prospecting new business opportunities (cold calling and in person)
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, developing a deep understanding of their business needs and providing them with the best possible service.
· Generate new leads and identify potential customers through market research, industry events, customer outings and other channels.
· Assist with onboarding of new business wins, SOP’s and proper turnover to operations team for execution
· Improve overall profitability of organization by achieving required target goals and business initiatives
· Negotiate prices and conditions based on type of service offerings
· Prepare sales presentations for new prospects as well as QBR’s for key account client meetings as required
· Update applicable software to show organization prospects and opportunities in the pipeline
· Assist and close collaboration with pricing team on requests for larger RFP’s
· Coach, train, & develop team of sales individuals
