JESS Dubai is seeking an Inclusion Support Assistant for their Primary school in Arabian Ranches.

As a well-established, high performing Dubai School, a full-time position is available from August 2024 based in the Primary School at Arabian Ranches.

Inclusion Support Assistant

The successful applicant will:

  • Have relevant qualifications, including a minimum of High School Diploma r equivalent. A Cache Level 3 or equivalent is desirable.
  • Extensive recent experience and further qualifications supporting inclusion for students with SEND would be advantageous.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in supporting teaching and learning in the classroom (at any phase of learning) including a range of interventions to impact learning is required
  • Previous experience of working with students of determination is highly desirable
  • Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to work positively and effectively with colleagues
  • Be open and adaptable to changing circumstances and guidelines to meet the needs of all primary age children
  • To enthusiastically contribute to the inclusion of all students.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work co-operatively as part of a team at all times
  • Demonstrate the ability to inspire, encourage and motivate children.
  • Contribute positively to all aspects of school life.
  • Be under a spouse visa
