International Interior Design and Furniture Manufacturing Company is now hiring highly motivated and talented Interior designers to undertake a variety of space designing projects. #Interior Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare interior drawings from schematic design to detailed drawings and present them for approval.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into rough plans
- Assists in defining project requirements and schedule needs
- Produce “samples & renderings” and “mood boards”
- Follow multiple work progress and report to the management team to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Adheres to firm and project goals of excellence in design, execution, and sustainability.
- Support the management team with the preparation of contract documents including details, drawings, materials, supplies, etc.
- Select furniture, fixtures and finishes
- Performs routine area calculations according to specified standards.
- May assist in the conduction of field observations to monitor the work progress
- Work closely with the production and the management team
- Research and follow industry changes, evolution and best practices
Job Requirements
- 1- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior design / Applied Arts, Decor Department / Fine Arts, Architecture Department
- 2 - 3 years of professional interior design experience with a strong background in high-end residential Interior Design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Sketch Up or other RELATED design programs
- Excellent portfolio of previous works with strong knowledge of interior and design concepts, practices, and methods
- Preferred to have a strong background in furniture and woodwork.
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
