Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and financial reward, as it is commission-based.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, facilitating property transactions.
2. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
3. Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
4. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
5. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
6. Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
7. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their real estate needs are met.
8. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to provide excellent service to clients.
9. Attend networking events and actively seek out new business opportunities.
