Job Description

  • Establish and maintain document control processes in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Receive, review, and distribute incoming project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Ensure all project documents are accurately logged, filed, and updated in the document management system.
  • Monitor document revisions and maintain version control to prevent errors or discrepancies.
  • Facilitate document review and approval workflows, tracking the progress and ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to coordinate document exchange and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Generate regular reports on document status, distribution, and workflow efficiency.
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with document control procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to project team members on document management processes and software tools.
