Job Description
Under the supervision of the Workshop Manager, the Workshop Supervisor (Interior) is responsible for managing all kinds of works related to Electrical, Electronic & installation of the accessories inside the vehicle. With the help of the team, he should complete the task as per the deadline.
Job Requirements
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Install all electrical/electronic components in the vehicle as per the client requirement.
- Efficiently perform vehicle conversion, resulting in increased functional and improved electrical systems.
- Should have good knowledge of installing the accessories like DVD’s, Camer’s, Lights, Steering switch controls, Side steps, Roof rack etc.
- Ability to understand and work as per the requirement.
- Conduct thorough research on electronic faults, diagnose issues and replace them with new ones.
- Good knowledge of working tools and schematics and electrical diagrams.
- Collaborate with the team members and demonstrate self-motivation and initiative while working with the team.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to handle the team.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools is required.
- Good communication skills (Oral & Written) required & should have good commanding power.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum 5 Years experience and 3 years in UAE.
- Exceptional computer skills, especially MS Office preferred.
- English language is must, Arabic will be an added advantage.
