As a Sales and Marketing Executive at AS GROUP, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive marketing strategies and effective sales techniques. You will play a key role in acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting our recruitment services across various industries in the UAE.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve targets and objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business expansion.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless execution of client projects and assignments.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics set by the management.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
6. Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
