Requirements and skills:
- 1 year experience in real estate
- English speaking is mandatory & other languages will be an advance
- Expert in secondary market sales
- Expert in off plan sales
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and understanding of the legal aspects of transactions
- Continuous learning and development
- Finding, scouting, and identifying investors with property consultancy needs
- Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication
- Ability to build excellent customer relationships
- UAE driving license (preferable)
