**Position:** Bad Debt Collection Officer

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and execute the bad debt collection process in compliance with Islamic banking principles.
- Utilize your expertise in Islamic bank to navigate complex debt recovery scenarios.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective debt recovery strategies.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bad debt collection within Islamic banks in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of Islamic bank principles and practices.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel
