About the Job:

The ideal candidate will thrive in financial sales and relationship management for a variety of investment products. The main goal is to contribute to the company's growth by attracting customers and expanding the business globally

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients/leads to help close sales
  • Sit face-to-face meetings with current and potential clients
  • Address inquiries about Money Magnet’s product offering
  • Pose relevant questions to comprehend customer needs and transform general leads into potential opportunities
  • Be proficient in LinkedIn as a sales tool including a sales navigator
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and sales, noting valuable information for customer profiling
  • Go above and beyond to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales/customer service roles
  • 3+ Years experience in the financial services (Mandatory)
  • Friendly and go getter attitude
  • Work independently and flexible to work long hours
  • Familiarity with financial markets and the ability to learn quickly
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
  • Proficiency in MS Office and telephone systems
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay composed and handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints
  • UAE driver's license (added advantage)
