Acts as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics
· Administers employee benefits and leaves.
· Ensures that the leave plans of all employees are well-organized and recorded.
· Administers HR documents such as Salary certificates, Salary transfer letters, Employment Certificates, ec.
· Makes sure that the Visa process of employees is up to date by coordinating with the PRO.
· Assists in talent acquisition and recruitment processes including construction of Job Descriptions, managing job ads / recruitment, selection process, hiring, and interviewing applicants together with the department heads.
· Conducts the employee Onboarding and Offboarding process.
· Provides support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolves any issues that may arise.
· Able to handle HR platform / system (software) as an Admin.
· Makes sure that everything is well documented by implementing forms in every employee requests.
· Assists in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
· Answers calls from banks/entities for employment verifications.
· Updates CVs of employees for internal and external purposes.
· Maintains employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
· Manages some employment-related platforms like pension and HR software.
· Ensures that HR policies of the company are in compliance with the UAE Labor Law
· Develops / implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
