Position: Manager - Trading of Swimming Pool Equipment

Job Location: Oman

As the Manager of our Trading of Swimming Pool Equipment division, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, procuring, and distributing high-quality swimming pool equipment to clients across the Middle East. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing strategic plans to expand our trading operations and meet revenue targets.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors of swimming pool equipment.
• Overseeing the procurement process, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.
• Managing inventory levels, optimizing stock levels, and minimizing costs while ensuring product availability.
• Providing leadership and guidance to the trading team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Over 7 years of experience in trading swimming pool equipment in the Middle East.
• Proven track record of successfully managing trading operations and achieving sales targets.
• Strong network of contacts within the swimming pool equipment industry in the Middle East.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
