As a Quantity Surveyor/Estimation Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our projects by accurately estimating costs, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful completion of swimming pool construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for swimming pool projects.
• Collaborating with project teams to develop accurate project budgets and timelines.
• Monitoring project costs and expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Reviewing contract documents, drawings, and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Providing ongoing cost analysis and reporting to project stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimation Engineer in the Middle East construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices related to swimming pool construction.
• Proficiency in quantity take-off software and estimation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
