Senior BIM Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP, or related engineering disciplines.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in design work within architectural, municipal, or similar design institutes.
Professional Title: Intermediate Engineer or above.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified BIM Manager/Senior Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BIM-driven design and documentation, proficient in Autodesk software suite including Revit and Civil 3D, and familiar with Navisworks, BIM 360 for coordination and management. Knowledge of Synchro 4D and ArcGIS is preferred, and international BIM project experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Function as a BIM Manager/Senior Design Lead, overseeing a team to accomplish BIM-related design tasks.
- Modeling and Documentation:
- Collaborate with the team in creating, maintaining BIM models, and producing design drawings.
- BEP Development & Implementation:
- Draft Building Execution Plans (BEP) based on design inputs and guidelines, ensuring their execution accordingly.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct verification of models, drawings, and other deliverables for quality control.
- Coordination & Review:
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings, conduct clash detections, manage project timelines, and quality audits. Follow up on issue resolution.
- Training & Mentorship:
- Guide BIM team members in executing workflow processes and utilizing software proficiently.
Skills & Expertise:
- Extensive experience in BIM-driven design and documentation.
- Proficient in Autodesk software suite including Revit and Civil 3D.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360 for coordination and management.
- Knowledge of Synchro 4D and ArcGIS is preferred.
- International BIM project experience is an advantage.
- Holding BIM-related professional certifications is advantageous.
