Job Description

As a Guest Associate cum photographer, you are responsible to provide good Service to our customer, ensuring their park visit will become a memorable experience carry out good memories with them.


Welcome guests warmly as they enter the area, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere from the outset, creating a positive first impression.

· Assist guests in selecting photography packages and services tailored to their needs and preferences, offering guidance and recommendations as necessary.

· Conduct photography sessions with guests, directing and posing them to capture the best shots while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the process.

· Operate photography equipment , cameras, lighting equipment, and other photography gear proficiently to ensure high-quality images are captured.

· Engage with guests during photo sessions, maintaining a positive and upbeat demeanor to enhance their experience and encourage natural expressions.

· Provide assistance and support to guests during photo viewing and selection, offering recommendations and answering questions.

· Assist guests in viewing and selecting their photos, providing guidance and recommendations based on their preferences and budget.

· Process photo orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are recorded and orders are completed in a timely manner.

· Address guest inquiries, concerns, and If any complaints please contact or inform Site Manager about the Customer concerns.

· Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, assist with tasks as needed, and contribute to a positive work environment.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

· Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

· Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices related to photography and customer service, seeking opportunities for continuous learning and skill development.

· Promote additional products and services offered by the organization, such as photo albums, frames, or digital packages, to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

· Provide feedback and suggestions for improving processes, enhancing guest satisfaction, and optimizing the overall guest experience.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.

· Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

· A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
