Job Description

  6. Train and mentor delivery personnel on delivery procedures, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, warehouse, and inventory management, to streamline delivery processes and address operational challenges.
  8. Utilize delivery tracking systems and software to monitor delivery status, update delivery records, and generate performance reports.
  9. Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the safety of delivery personnel and the public during delivery operations.
