This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and strong leadership skills to drive cost-effective processes.
1. Create Business proposals for implementation of offsite manufacturing setup for the research proven products worked out by the product development team.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans for Resources mobilization (Staff, materials, and machines).
3. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and clients to secure favourable terms and conditions. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all commercial transactions.
4. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses related to commercial activities. Analyse financial data, profitability metrics, and cost structures to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
