Job Brief:

Shuraa is looking for a dynamic and passionate Client Relationship officer to assist our clients with smooth onboarding process. In this role, you will deal directly with our client. Suitable candidate must have a proactive attitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills which will help to maintain corporate connections with the client base.


Job responsibilities:

• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.

• Making professional phone calls.

• Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

• Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

• Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.

• Strong time management and decision-making skills.

• Follow up customer calls where necessary.

• Adaptability and accountability.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedure.


Job Requirements:

• Business graduate student.

• Available for an immediate start.

• Exceptional customer service, verbal and written communication, organizational and multitasking skills.

• Maintaining and monitoring documentation and following up on important actions.

• Basic understanding of customer service practices.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedure.

• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.

• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
