Duties and Responsibilities
• Read and understand blueprints, specs, addendums, and RFI's.
• Perform blueprint take-offs using AutoCAD and estimating software.
• Work closely with the line manager and the team to provide accurate, timely, and competitive estimates.
• Communicate with manufacturers/suppliers and managers from the start through the closing of the project
