Job Description

  1. Responsible to maintain record and do the analysis for sick employees visiting to TR in-house clinic.
  2. To attend all medical emergencies in TR whenever needed.
  3. To provide first-aid care to the TR upon casualties resulting from accidents; the treatment of minor injuries which would otherwise receive no treatment, or which do not need treatment by a medical practitioner.
  4. Responsible to review and stabilize a patient, as and when required, prior to evacuating to the hospital.
  5. Create and timely update the medical history of all company technicians in a phased manner
  6. Carryout health assessment for all Technicians and follow-up for cases having lifestyle diseases and other chronic conditions.
  7. Recommend separation / treatment at native places for technicians with chronic sickness.
  8. Assist to the Technicians’ health check-up campaign whenever it’s arranged.
  9. To provide the necessary support during DHA’s inspection at TR in-house clinic.
  10. To extend the necessary support for the smooth running of TR Clinic.
  11. Monitoring of heat stress management and ensuring that the procedure is duly adhered to.
  12. To be aware of the hazards pertaining to the TR and the measures appropriate in the treatment of Technicians.
  13. To attend any training provided that will expand knowledge or experience in medical practice.
  14. To participate in campaigns, seminars, surveys etc. where medical information can be gathered or shared.
  15. Ensure that all First Aid boxes placed at TR are recorded on specified register, contents verified and recorded monthly as well as content inventories recorded and stock frequently replenished.
  16. Responsible to offer help and assistance; must be conversant with his or her role in emergency / contingency plans; must be able to give simple advice on the provision of a healthy living and working environment.
  17. Perform all activities in compliance with the Company SHEQ policies and local laws.
