We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join a well-established Group in Bahrain. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and project requirements.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Qualifications:
- Proven 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
