Job duties and responsibilities
- Assisting the mechanical engineer with mechanical design and maintenance tasks.
- Installing and performing diagnostic tests on rotary equipment's.
- Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
Job requirements/qualifications
- At least 5 – 7 years of experience working in a similar position within the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Preferably candidates with work experience in Rotary Equipment maintenance activities.
- Skilled Tradesperson with an Industrial Trade certificate or Diploma.
- Good knowledge of English (Speak, Read & Write).
