HIRING ALERT!

A Receptionist & Admin is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees, and greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management or sales staff. Explaining how to navigate our office, answering and transferring phone calls and managing our incoming and outgoing mail.

Requirements for the ideal candidate include:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Professional demeanor

· Familiarity with basic office software

· Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers.

Key duties and responsibilities:

· Answer and direct all phone calls

· Greet all office guests

· Manage, clean and organize the front desk

· Schedule meetings, client visits and company events

· Stock the copy rooms, snack room and lounge

· Collect and sort all mail and packages

· Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary

· Answer guests' and employees' questions

· Validate guest parking

· Process invoices and pay outstanding bills for company accounts

· Perform light bookkeeping and financial record-keeping

Exp: 1 to 3 Years (UAE)
