Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent - Off-plan Specialist. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with selling and leasing off-plan properties. This includes providing exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, negotiating sales and lease agreements, and maintaining relationships with clients and developers. The Real Estate Agent will also stay updated on market trends and assist clients with their real estate needs.

Qualifications

• Min 1-2 year of Dubai real estate experience is mandatory
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
