REQUIREMENTS

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Sales experience in the lighting industry or related field.

· Ability to understand technical product specifications and effectively communicate them to clients.

· Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

· Willingness to travel as needed.
