Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of our projects. You will work closely with project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
· Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
· Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or areas for improvement.
· Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
· Ensure all work is carried out according to technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
· Prepare daily and weekly reports on project progress, including site documentation.
· Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards.
· Address and resolve any on-site issues, escalating to project management as needed.
· Implement and maintain health and safety procedures on-site.
· Coordinate the delivery and storage of construction materials and equipment.
· Assist with budgeting and cost control for the project.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
· 4 years of experience in construction, engineering, or a related field.
· Valid visa, ID, and driving license.
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, project management software).
