Sales & Business Development Executive

We are M/s High Focus Glass and Steel LLC. specialized in Aluminium & Metal Fabrication industry. The core expertise lies in Aluminium works, ACP Cladding , Curtain Wall works, Shopfront Facade, Metal Fabrication, Glass Partition etc.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Executive specializing in the ACP Cladding & Curtain wall works of high rise building to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in this field, demonstrating a deep understanding of architectural façade systems, glazing products, and construction methodologies. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to business development, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through generating enquire, submitting the quotation on time, converting the enquiry to job, and lead generation activities.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.

4. Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions utilizing our range of Façade and Glazing products.

5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.

7. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, including project coordination, technical support, and post-sale services.

10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Engineering/ or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Façade and Glazing industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

3. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

6. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites.

7. Should have a valid UAE Driving License.

8. Fluency in English speaking.

Experience:

  • Sales in Steel / Aluminium / Glass Industry: 2 years’ UAE experience

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving Licence (Preferred)
