A leading DSA is seeking qualified and efficient Leaders with experience in handling group of people and achieve target for Reputed banking products mainly SME ( Business Loans) and Personal Loans
· Develop different strategies to increase sales
· Leading, mentoring and coaching the team
· Monitoring the daily sales activities of sales agents.
· Ability to connect with clients at various levels
· Maintaining and Updating the Team Sales Report.
. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to the upper management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Strong Analytical Skills
. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skill
· Minimum 2 Years banking Experience in SME (business Loans) and Personal Loan or at least 3 Years DSA Experience required in Dubai.(Only apply)

Fixed Salary plus Attractive Incentives will be provided.
