We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Academic Counsellor / Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is designed for a driven professional who excels in both guiding students academically and expanding the institute's reach through strategic sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Counselling:
  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand individual student needs and provide tailored guidance.
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies that enhance students' academic performance.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our educational services.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets from upselling and referrals from current students.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the institute’s programs and brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Any)
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
