We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Academic Counsellor / Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is designed for a driven professional who excels in both guiding students academically and expanding the institute's reach through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Counselling:
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand individual student needs and provide tailored guidance.
- Develop and implement effective learning strategies that enhance students' academic performance.
- Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our educational services.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets from upselling and referrals from current students.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the institute’s programs and brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Any)
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
