We have an open role for Position Title - Parts Manager_Commercial Vehicles with a well-established group in Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the parts department for commercial vehicles
- Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and control costs
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Train and supervise parts department staff
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any parts-related issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in parts management within the commercial vehicles industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a parts management role
- Experience working with commercial vehicle parts and accessories
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
