We have an open role for Position Title - Parts Manager_Commercial Vehicles with a well-established group in Bahrain.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the parts department for commercial vehicles
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability
  • Maintain optimum inventory levels and control costs
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Train and supervise parts department staff
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any parts-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in parts management within the commercial vehicles industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a parts management role
  • Experience working with commercial vehicle parts and accessories
  • Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
