Job Description
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Responds in person to the location of the dispatched emergency calls, 24/7 on-call – including working the night shifts and weekends. He shall be proficient in both Arabic and English language.
- Responsible for new emergency service jobs/assignments, interfaces with clients, client, stakeholders.
- Mitigates damage at a loss location due to events water leaks, floodings, rainy season damages.
- Coordinates specialized trade services if/when necessary, collects subsequent sub invoices needed to create & complete invoices.
- Upload job photographs.
- Assist the Water Mitigation Department with property location oversight, including but not limited to:
- Coordinating with the team, subcontractors, stakeholders, clienT.
- Assist with stage and set up of mobilizing resources and attending on time to achieve required SLA.
- Assist with take-down and decontamination of the area after the incident.
- Carry out other tasks assigned.
Experience:
- +10 (ten) years relevant experience
- Background in Drainage Operations and Maintenance contracts
Education:
- Degree in Engineering or similar experience
Others:
- UPDA-registered / or to obtain this year 2024 (For engineering degree holder)
- Note: As per Qatar Law all engineer professionals must be registered to Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) by taking and passing the UPDA exam.
