Candidate who is dynamic and has a clear focus on his responsibility, one who possess sound knowledge and experience in Reservations and Costing’s.
The Executive handles all requirements of Groups / FIT from commencement to conclusion and liaises with suppliers and departments within the organization, ensuring that quality service is provided.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business, or relevant fields
- Prior experience as a leisure travel consultant, FIT - Travel consultant (corporate travel consultants will be considered)
- Excellent command of the English and Hindi language.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
- Up to date with domestic and international travel trends.
- Well read on the rules and regulation of tourism.
- Flexible with regard to work timings to suit the market.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Positive, outgoing attitude with the desire to succeed.
