Job Description:

Responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, develop design concepts, and execute plans to transform spaces into visually appealing environments. Should select and arrange furniture, lighting, color schemes, and decor elements to achieve the desired atmosphere and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility of Interior Design projects from conception to completion
• Create compelling design presentations using various media, including mood boards and design boards
• Make informed selections on materials, finishes, and furnishings in order to align with design concepts and project requirements.
• Implement working templates for establishing client requirement
• Manage the preparation of the Interior Design and finishes design tender and construction documentation.
• Integrate smart technologies and innovative design elements to enhance functionality and user experience in interior spaces.
• Serve as the technical resource for all matters related to Interior Design
• Create detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings to visualize design concepts.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories to enhance the space.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design plans are executed accurately.
• Oversee the installation and arrangement of furniture and decor elements.
• Keep abreast of current design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the design process.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent
• Proven work experience as an Interior Designer or a similar role
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with CAD software such as ArchiCAD, Cedreo, and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Having an eye for detail
• Ability to conduct in-depth research
