We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Finder Agent to join our team. As a Property Finder Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in finding their ideal residential or commercial properties. This role involves understanding client needs, conducting property searches, arranging viewings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying or leasing process.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and preferences for property type, location, budget, and other specifications.
- Conduct thorough property searches using various resources, including online listings, databases, and networking.
- Arrange property viewings for clients and accompany them to visits, providing insights and guidance.
- Negotiate deals between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords, striving to achieve favorable terms for all parties involved.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or property consultant preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including property types, neighborhoods, and pricing trends.
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous experience in PF or CRM, Etc.
