Develop and maintain confidential employee documents (Joining forms, disciplinary letters, leave forms etc) into employee files both physical and digital.
Maintain employee records such as monthly attendance, LOP, Compensatory off, weekly off and leave records.
Preparation of warning letters, disciplinary actions, and termination letters, Bank letters, Rental advances, ID card printing etc.
Coordinate with Finance team on various employee related payments – salary, advances, final settlements & other ad-hoc payments.
Manage employee offboarding – visa cancellation, Full and final settlement, experience letters, etc.
Manage medical insurance – Enrolment & deletion, census data update.
Uploading and tracking selected candidate’s documents through visa processing system and maintaining the PR tracker with the status of visa application.
Coordinating with PRO for new staff visa and medical, EID, visa stamping. Processing of visa renewals for existing employees and tracking work permit expiry.
Manage occupational health certificate and training for store employees as per the local municipality requirements.
