Job Description

  • Develop and maintain confidential employee documents (Joining forms, disciplinary letters, leave forms etc) into employee files both physical and digital.
  • Maintain employee records such as monthly attendance, LOP, Compensatory off, weekly off and leave records.
  • Preparation of warning letters, disciplinary actions, and termination letters, Bank letters, Rental advances, ID card printing etc.
  • Coordinate with Finance team on various employee related payments – salary, advances, final settlements & other ad-hoc payments.
  • Manage employee offboarding – visa cancellation, Full and final settlement, experience letters, etc.
  • Manage medical insurance – Enrolment & deletion, census data update.
  • Uploading and tracking selected candidate’s documents through visa processing system and maintaining the PR tracker with the status of visa application.
  • Coordinating with PRO for new staff visa and medical, EID, visa stamping. Processing of visa renewals for existing employees and tracking work permit expiry.
  • Manage occupational health certificate and training for store employees as per the local municipality requirements.
