Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Plans and executes operations for improving quality of service to customers such as network house connections operation and maintenance, network inspection and repair and emergency response.
- Coordinates the responds to customer complaints, determines source of problem, clears lines or reports work needed, and supervises the advise to customer.
- Controls the Prepared and maintained variety of computerized and written records and reports related to work performed.
- Schedule staff including work assignments/rotations, employee training employee vacation, employee breaks, overtime assignments, backup for absent employees and vacant shifts.
- Supervises staff in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
- Evaluate operations, maintenance and performance of assigned facilities, recommends and implements improvements.
- Responsible for all aspects of performance management of the team with the ability to supervise, train and direct team members.
- Works on premise of the client and may be subject to emergency calling work.
- Manage the site work permits from the client.
- Manage the customer complains within the scope, attend and resolve them on time as per the KPIs.
- Prepare monthly KPIs analysis and scores.
- Carry other tasks assigned.
Experience:
- +10 (ten) years relevant experience
- Expert in handling customer concerns regarding drainage infrastructure concerns
Education:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Others:
- UPDA-registered / or to obtain this year 2024 (For engineering degree holder)
- Note: As per Qatar Law all engineer professionals must be registered to Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) by taking and passing the UPDA exam.
