Job Requirements:

Computer literate & Speak Fluent Hindi and English (MANDATORY)

Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and effectively manages time.

Strong Communication skills, skillful phone contact management and attentive listening

Excellent verbal and written communications abilities

Working knowledge of administrative role. Hard working and self- motivated.

Capable to work unsupervised and independently.

Ability and willingness to learn new tasks and software as required.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to make a call to the clients and collect recovery.

Compiling documents and maintaining client information databases.

Keep track of client’s record accounts to identify clients payments.
