Job Description:
We are seeking a serious and highly professional Lead Physical Therapist to join our team. This pivotal role not only demands excellent clinical skills but also strong management capabilities, as the selected candidate will be instrumental in both patient care and administrative operations. The position blends administrative responsibilities with direct patient interaction, ensuring both high-quality care and efficient clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Management: Oversee and enhance the treatment protocols to maintain our 98% success rate.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with NHRA regulations.
• Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff.
• Patient Relations: Address and manage patient concerns, maintaining and elevating patient satisfaction levels.
• Social Media and Outreach: Enhance clinic visibility and patient engagement through effective use of social media and other marketing strategies.
• Strategic Development: Contribute to strategic planning and vision setting to foster clinic growth and enhance service offerings.
• Selected Patient Care: Assessing all new cases, treat a selected group of patients that are assigned by the CEO, as well as doing all follow ups.

Qualifications:

• Valid NHRA license.
• Proven experience in physical therapy, with a strong background in managing both clinical and administrative functions of a healthcare facility.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Ambitious and dedicated professional looking for long-term growth opportunities within the company.
• Experience with social media management and public relations is highly desirable.
