About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Façade Site Engineer with expertise in Aluminum & Glazing Works to join our team. As a Facade Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the installation of aluminum curtain walls, windows, and related facade components, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards of quality and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of aluminum curtain walls, windows, and other façade components, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to review shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentation, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks to verify that materials meet specifications and project requirements.
- Lead site progress meetings, communicating effectively with stakeholders to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site workers, promoting a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize installation processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the Façade/Aluminum Industry & Glazing Works.
- Strong understanding of façade systems, aluminum materials, and glazing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proven track record of successfully managing site operations and ensuring quality control.
