Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Solar Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering with a focus on solar energy systems. As a Junior Solar Electrical Engineer, you will work closely with our senior engineers to design, develop, and implement solar power systems for various projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist senior engineers in the design and development of solar power systems, including PV arrays, inverters, and battery storage systems.
Perform electrical calculations, simulations, and analyses to optimize system performance and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Support site assessments and feasibility studies for solar projects, including shading analysis, site layout optimization, and energy production estimates.
Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for solar installations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, installers, and contractors, to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure quality control.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in solar energy technology and best practices.
Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Qualifications:
4+ years of Experience in UAE for Electrical and Solar Installations. With 3 solar plants installation
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Solar Engineering, or a related field.
Strong academic background with coursework in electrical circuit theory, power electronics, and renewable energy systems.
Familiarity with solar energy technologies, including photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, and battery storage systems.
Experience with solar design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsol, PVsyst) is preferred.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes (e.g., NEBOSH) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
