Job Role

The office manager of the CEO will be responsible to monitor inter - departmental activities to ensure the alignment, progress and achievement of the company's strategic objectives.

The Office Manager will oversee the efficient management of all CEO office operations, administration, projects, initiatives and communication.

This position is the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to the office. This role is also responsible for Board related planning and administration.


Job Responsibilities


Managing the Office of the CEO including prioritizing and responding to competing and often ambiguous demands while proactively and comprehensively coordinating CEO daily activity

Organizing all aspects of travel and related documentation

Manage and maintain CEO's calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings and conference calls

Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of the CEO

Preparing reports as required

Support the CEO with development of corporate strategies including providing assistance in developing, evaluating and building business cases and garnering support for projects and initiatives

Managing the ongoing review of changing business conditions and how they might impact organizational strategies and advise the CEO accordingly

Providing high level administrative support consistent with companys Code of Conduct and Corporate Governance requirements

Ensure systems are set-up to assist the CEO to manage operations of the company in ways consistent with strategic goals and performance targets

Monitor operational status report progress against performance targets and assist CEO to deploy remedial actions as required

Assist the CEO to prepare performance management KPl's of direct reports

Responsible for Stakeholder Management

Interface on behalf of the CEO with Executive Management members and key stakeholders

Represent the CEO at meetings and events when require

Prepare presentations and speeches for the CEO

Compile reports for the CEO, Executive Management meetings, Board meetings etc.


Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field

Minimum 5 years of current and relevant experience preferred.

Detailed orientated with good computer & English skills

Ability to make decision within high stress environment
