**Job Description:**
As a Paint Workshop Customer Experience Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for both children and adults participating in painting activities at our workshop. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers, both kids, and adults, with painting activities, providing guidance, and ensuring they have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience.
- Managing workshop bookings, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Welcoming customers upon arrival, providing them with necessary materials, and explaining the painting process in a clear and friendly manner.
- Offering creative guidance and support to customers throughout their painting session, ensuring they feel confident and satisfied with their artwork.
- Addressing any customer inquiries, concerns, or feedback promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the workshop area, including setup and cleanup of painting materials and workspaces.
- Collaborating with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to the success of the workshop.
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
