The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, proven client interaction skills, and the ability to dive into work and adapt to the fast pace of our agency environment seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Manage client accounts, including strategy development, campaign execution, and result analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft engaging social media content that aligns with client goals.
- Monitor social media trends and leverage insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of their campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and direct client interaction.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach and readiness to take on immediate responsibilities.
