- Proven experience in a similar role minimum 5 years
-Cafe & restaurant experience prefered.

*Duties and Responsibilities:*
1. *Ala Carte Menu Preparation:*
- Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and create an enticing Ala Carte pastry menu, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
2. *Pastry Plating for Ala Carte Orders:*
- Ensure meticulous and artistic plating of pastry dishes for Ala Carte orders, maintaining consistency with the established presentation standards.
3. *Innovative Dishes:*
- Lead the development of innovative pastry dishes, introducing unique flavors, textures, and creative presentations to enhance the overall dining experience.
4. *Recipe Development:*
- Continuously experiment with new recipes, techniques, and ingredients to bring fresh and exciting options to the Ala Carte menu.
5. *Quality Assurance:*
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee that all pastry dishes meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and visual appeal.
6. *Training and Supervision:*
- Train and supervise pastry staff in the preparation and plating of Ala Carte menu items, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation guidelines.
7. *Inventory Management:*
- Work closely with the kitchen team to manage pastry ingredient inventory for Ala Carte offerings, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal freshness.
8. *Cost Control:*
- Collaborate with management to control food costs, monitor portion sizes, and identify cost-effective ingredient alternatives for Ala Carte menu items.
9. *Adherence to Health and Safety Standards:*
- Enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards in the preparation and plating of pastry dishes, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
10. *Customer Engagement:*
- Interact with customers to gather feedback on pastry offerings, and use insights to enhance and refine dishes on the Ala Carte menu.
11. *Event Support:*
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events, providing expertise in creating unique and memorable pastry options.
