We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising and guiding clients on their overseas options and our services. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy helping individuals with their immigration and visa needs, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive advice on the various overseas options available, enabling candidates and their families to make informed decisions.
Offer clear and accurate information based on the latest immigration and visa laws and policies.
Conduct a fair and neutral evaluation of each candidate's profile.
Develop personalized global career strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Deliver excellent customer service by proactively addressing client inquiries and providing guidance on overseas immigration and visa requirements.
Meet or exceed assigned targets to contribute to the company's success.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in Overseas Education, Immigration, Sales, Recruitment, or Counseling.
Strong ability to communicate effectively and concisely with customers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Familiarity with computers and proficiency in using the internet.
Sales-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
Outgoing, positive, and eager to learn and grow.
Strong team skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
