Marketing Officer - (With Healthcare Exp)
Must know the latest trend and knows how to market thru social media and other marketing platforms, with healthcare experience preferably in Dermatology and Aesthetic Clinic, Arabic nationalities is highly preferred
Job Purpose
His/her main role is to Manage company sales & Raise brand awareness about the products that can lead the company to generate more revenue and help the company to grow in the beauty industry market.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Managing key clients/ accounts in order to market and sell company products to premium beauty clinics and premium spas.
· Developing a sales plan to achieve assigned sales target, meet objectives of retention and further account development; onboarding new clients.
· Create brand-elevating and customer-centric education plans and strategies that drive profitable business growth and build company awareness among beauty industry.
· Generates and maintains sales forecasts for key accounts and provides this information in an accurate and timely manner to the management.
· Implements category display and enhance distribution coverage and product visibility by ensuring right product is available in the right place and at the right time.
· Ensures all day-to-day requests are addressed, and timely and quality resolution is provided for all queries.
· Supports coordination of account orders including entry, tracking, order confirmation, cancellations and delivery information.
· Build and maintain Supplier/Retailer relationships in order to build a strong working relationship
· Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively and accurately
· Provide customers with the appropriate selection, sampling of products in response of their inquiries and provide quotations accordingly
· Provide market feedback to Management regarding movement of goods / brands
· Coordinate with the marketing team on the budget requirements and limits for samples or initiatives will help to boost the sales.
· Support the team with New Service & Product Launch strategy and information
· Participate in relevant projects, events, exhibitions and community activities as and when needed
· Develop creative and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
· Maintain active and consistent presence across all social media channels.
· Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.
· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
· Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices to optimize performance.
· Foster meaningful interactions with followers, fans, and influencers.
· Track and analyze key social media metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion, and sentiment.
· Generate regular reports to evaluate the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives.
· Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets & experience in social media management.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
· Medical Representative: 2 years (Required)
· Skincare products: 2 years (Required)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Experience with graphic design, video editing, or photography is a plus.
· UAE Driving license (Required)
