• You are responsible in preparing tender submissions consisting of compliance to tender specifications, scope of work and price sheet.
• You will attend meetings with consultants / contractors for Post Tender Clarification (PTC).
• You will support the back office team for sample board preparation.
• You will be interacting with our factories across the globe for customized solutions.
• You will offer technical solutions for site related issues.
• You will collaborate with other departments to provide us with the best possible solutions.

• Formal engineering qualification.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience is the E&E industry is mandatory (3-5 years).
• Preferably from the “big” or key players in the elevator/escalator industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Strong coordination capabilities.
• MS-Office.Proficient in English in speaking and writing.
